Our Team
Who are they?
Here at Layer Preschool we have a fantastic, professional team of staff. Our Manager is highly qualified and has worked within Early Years Childcare for many years. All our Preschool Assistants hold relevant childcare qualifications and are specifically trained in the EYFS framework. Our team’s level of experience and expertise means we are perfectly placed to guide you and your child through their exciting transition into preschool.
A qualified member of our staffing team will be given responsibility for your child’s development and will work closely with your child, planning and recording, to meet their full potential. This key person will discuss with you our targets for your child and will give you ways to help support learning at home through next step planning and their learning journals.
